All eleven checks run in every plan, the free Preview included. Plans differ by how long you keep the full lists, whether you can export and price with your own figures, whether runs are scheduled and watched, and how many tenants you manage.

Every workspace starts as the free Preview: one tenant, up to 3 runs, no card needed. You get the savings card with every headline figure, and every check with its count and its cost, with the first 5 rows of each list. History is kept 30 days. Export and prices of your own come with a plan.

The platform fee covers the workspace: every tenant in one place, the tenant table with each customer's waste figure and last run, up to 50 members with owner, operator and viewer roles, and one activity log for all of them. Each tenant fee brings everything in Watch to that tenant: scheduled runs, alerts, history and trend, and your CSP price per SKU. Tenants are counted on the 1st of each month.

Pay online by card, bank debit or Link, or by invoice on request. Choose a plan, create your workspace or sign in, and pay from the Settings page of the portal, or ask for an invoice. Card numbers are handled by Stripe, our payment provider, and never reach the portal.
Prices in US dollars, before sales tax. The savings figures in the report use Microsoft's list prices in US dollars unless you type in your own price per SKU.
What each plan includes.
Every plan reads the same tenant the same way: read-only, no write permission, nothing installed in the tenant.

How do I pay?
By invoice, for now. Choose a plan and we send an invoice to your organization, payable by bank transfer. Paying by card online is coming.
How do I pay?
Online, by card, bank debit or Link: an owner of the workspace chooses the plan on the Settings page of the portal and pays on the secure payment page of Stripe, our payment provider; card numbers are handled by Stripe and never reach the portal. Or by invoice on request: choose "Request an invoice" and we send one to your organization, payable by bank transfer. Either way the plan switches on as soon as the payment arrives.
What does "billed in advance" mean?
Watch is $15 a month paid month by month, or $180 for the year paid once, in advance, per tenant. The yearly price is the price of twelve months, so there is no penalty for choosing month by month; the yearly plan is for organizations that prefer one invoice.
How is the MSP plan billed?
A platform fee of $99 a month plus $9 a month for each tenant in the workspace, counted on the 1st of each month.
Paid online, it is billed monthly in advance on the 1st of each month for the tenants in the workspace that day. The first payment covers the rest of the month you start in, charged by the day. It continues until you cancel it on the Settings page, and then runs to the end of the month you paid for.
Do I lose my Preview runs when I choose a plan?
No. Your Preview workspace becomes your paid workspace, with its runs, its tenant and your team. Choosing a plan unlocks every row of every check, the exports and your own prices; the next run shows them all.
What is the One-time report for?
For a cleanup, a consultant or an audit: one tenant for 30 days, every row of every check, CSV per check and the PDF report, and your own price per SKU. Run as often as you like during the 30 days to watch the figure fall as you release licenses. After the 30 days the tenant returns to the Preview, and the runs stay readable for 30 days.
Can I cancel? Does a plan renew by itself?
A plan never renews by itself: it runs until its end date, and renewing is a new invoice. If you do not renew, the plan ends on that date and the tenant returns to the Preview; its runs stay readable for 30 days after that.

Only if you choose it. Paying online for Watch, you decide whether the plan renews automatically at the end of its term: at checkout, where renewal is off unless you tick it, and on the Settings page at any time. We email the owners 30 and 7 days before a renewal, with its date and amount. With renewal off, the plan runs to the end of the paid term and ends. The MSP plan runs month by month until you cancel it. The One-time report never renews. A plan paid by invoice never renews by itself: renewing is a new invoice. When a plan ends the tenant returns to the Preview; its runs stay readable for 30 days after that.
Can I get a refund?
The One-time report is refundable within 14 days if the app did not complete a run of a supported tenant. Write to us with the workspace and the tenant.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Write to us and we move the tenant to the plan you choose.
Yes. For a plan paid online, an owner changes it on the Settings page of the portal. The One-time report can be replaced by Watch at any time: Watch starts the day it is paid, with no credit for the days left of the One-time report. The MSP plan, and plans paid by invoice, are changed by writing to us.
