The documents, in one place.
Three documents govern GlacierPoint Ledger: the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and, for managed service providers, the MSP Addendum. They are published here once reviewed; the sign-up asks for the terms in force by their version.
The Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy are under review and not yet in force. The addresses below answer "Page not available" until the reviewed documents are published; nothing is accepted on sign-up until then.
Privacy Policy
What the app reads, what the portal keeps and for how long, where it is hosted, who our subprocessors are, and how to ask for, correct or delete personal data.
MSP Addendum
For managed service providers on the MSP plan: the tenants of your customers in your workspace, what you confirm about your authority over each, and the monthly disclosure. The MSP plan is sold online once it is published.
