Plans are paid online by card, bank debit or Link from the Settings page of the portal. To pay by invoice instead, write to us.
Tell us the plan, the number of tenants and the name and address the invoice should go to. We reply with the invoice and switch the plan on in your workspace.
Tell us roughly how many tenants you look after. We will walk you through the MSP plan, the tenant table and your CSP prices per tenant, and set up a workspace for your team.
If you believe you have found a security problem in the app, the portal or this website, write to security@glacierpointtech.com with the details. Please do not test against tenants or workspaces that are not yours.

The forms send your request with the facts we need (your workspace, the versions, the time) and give you a reference. A Technical Support request can carry the diagnostics of the Windows app's last run, with no user's name in them, and you see what is sent before you send it. The same two forms are under Support in the Windows app once it is connected to your workspace.
Not connected yet, or the portal is out of reach? Write to support@glacierpointtech.com. The Windows app writes a diagnostics file from its Settings page; look it over and attach it when you write about a problem.
